As an “A-list” supplier of dried spices to Marks & Spencer’s supply base, we are also holders of BRC AA+ accreditation.
Allergen management is a key priority, both within our international supply chain and at our own nut and sesame free facility. All other allergens are carefully segregated and managed to ensure that there is no cross contamination.
With detailed HACCP based factory systems and procedures in place, the production process is critically controlled in order to meet legislative requirements and best practice standards.
We carry out extensive testing on our raw materials and finished products to ensure that we supply quality products that are food safe and legal.
